ALWAYS CLEAN CARPET CLEANING

The carpet wasn't very old, it was only about 4 years old but of course its a rental so it got really dirty. I asked them whether they'd be able to clean it and they said they'd be able to since it was mostly dirt. They told me that the carpet cleaner technician who came to shampoo the carpet called and asked whether they really wanted him to clean the carpet. Even him new than it wasn't really something he was able to get clean. I had to tear the carpet out after they cleaned it. I was not happy with them telling me that they'd be able to clean it. I was quite upset that I paid them to clean the carpet and they failed to clean it. I had to tear the carpet out after they cleaned it, it was unusable and then I had to get the place re-carpeted. I asked them if they'd be willing to come back out and try and re-clean it and they said they'd charge me to clean it. Its not like they were trying to help me with it. He could have been honest with me.

The carpets were positively horrible and they did a beautiful job I never expected them to look as good as they did

Dog had an accident on our brand new carpet I called them and they were here within two hours. Seemed to do an amazing job, quick, easy and inexpensive. Well done.

The provider came back that Monday as promised and looked at my carpets. He could see the smell and stains were still visible. I told him that I would like him to redo the living room and dinning room. He stated he was not going to redo the carpets at all and instead he stated he would spray the stains with some chemical. They had already done that on Friday and seen the chemical didn't take care of the issue so why spry again with something that was not effective??? I asked them to leave my house and that I will call another company. I use Kleen King but could get to me till Sept 8th and I needed them done sooner. I should have stayed with a fair and honest company even though I would of had to wait till September there service has always been excellent!!! Then the provider looked at me and stated " It wasn't me who f***** p***** all over your carpets and made them smell. I found him to be a very rude, disrespectful person with a potty mouth. I work for Cascade County Correctional Facility as Manager/Director and I hear enough of that stuff at work from the pods....I feel I should get a refund or get the carpets redone. I was not satisfied with your service and the work that was done. Thank you, Miss Bonney

Always clean carpets was very professional. They did a great job with my carpets. There was no extra charge or fuss for moving my furniture to do fantastic job. I had stains in my carpets that I thought would never come up and they got it. I felt very comfortable with them because they guaranteed there work and promised me they would come back if I had any problems. I would recommend always clean carpets to all my friends. Thanks again guys.

I had to hired another company to come and redo the job for 150.00, it was done perfectly by that company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

After an episode of sick in my house that required more carpet and couch cleaning that I was prepared for, I called these guys for help. They came out that same day, within a short time of me calling them, in between their other jobs. I was so grateful. They did what I asked; I couldn't ask for anymore. They cleaned the couch thoroughly, removing all the bright pink vomit. The vomit from the carpet came up easily, too. And, it didn't take forever to dry. Reasonably priced. And, I didn't get charged extra for a same day call. Very friendly men. I did not feel uncomfortable with them in my home.

Great job. Carpets looked brand new after they were done. They got out stains that I thought would never come up. They were on time and very professional. They charged me less then they should have. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you guys!

Carpets looked good, but I was not happy about the puddles I had to clean up. We were ready to move, but had to mop all the floors again.

I had a coupon for 3 rooms and a hallway and they ended up having enough materials to do my stairs as well. Extremely quick and professional. The carpets looked great and I haven't had any stains return. They even ended up being early and called to see if that was okay if they before our scheduled time. I needed to turn the apartment over quickly and they made an exception to come on a Saturday to accommodate me. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

They were awesome!! I had to reschedule my appointment which they were very nice to reschedule for me. The appointment was for 8 am. They were running behind so they called to inform me of that. They were here shortly after 8 and were done by about 9:30. They did an excellent job. My carpets hadn't been professional clean since I moved in 6 years ago and there has been 2 kids and 3 dogs in the house since then. They cleaned up spots that I thought would never come out. I was very impressed. I highly recommend this service.
