If you want a company to ruin your home, hire ATKlemens. I come home and water is everywhere from poor venting installation with my roof leaking and I was told I would have to live with the leakage. My stove vent was ruined and water was coming out of my buttons on it. John's answer was, caulking bad. No for years my venting from my furnace was not installed properly and heat loss in my attic cause irrepairable damage and their "fixing the problem" still has the same problem. John DeVoss will not be accountable for years of poor installation and has a miriad of excuses non of which is their fault. Mold, wood damage and extensive repairs needed after their "disservice." A nightmare. I would never recommend them ever again.

Good work. Showed up on time and complete work quickly.

The tech that came out did a great job, very friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was working fine. I also had them come back to get an estimate on a tank less water heater. I will cell them for any future work.

We called for service early Monday morning after losing all water pressure in the hot water lines over the weekend. We expressed an interest in converting to an on demand system, and the person taking our call sent over a plumber within a few hours to look things over. She also scheduled us for a 50 gallon tank replacement at 8:15 the next morning as a back up. The individual ho came over was very knowledgeable and friendly and, while he admitted that he would love the business, he advised against an on demand system in our case due to his concerns over the time we would be without hot water while the gas meter, gas lines, water lines and electrical work was being replaced or modified. He also pointed out the repairs we would have due to damage to finished walls and ceiling. While he was perfectly willing to schedule installation of the system if we chose to have it, he suggested that we stay with the traditional type water heater. We appreciated his honesty and opted to have the regular tank installed the next day. The plumber was prompt and friendly, and took pains to clean up after the installation. He also took time to explain the features of the new tank, such as the meaning of the sequence of flashing lights in the tanks internal monitoring system, and he removed and showed the part in the old tank that had stopped hot water flow and was actually the cause of the loud banging I the pipes.We now have plenty of hot water, pipes are quiet when we now use the dish washer, washing machine or out side faucets, and unlike with previous plumbers, we had no clean up to do..

Our first diagnosis/estimate (by a competitor) was: 1. Bad (burnt out) relay 2. Worn flew fan 3. Improperly installed igniter (he could not move it) 4. Condensate tube was inadequate and need replacement or rust and additional damage would occur to the unit His solution was to replace the relay and the fan for a cost to include diagnostic visit of approximately $850 or replace the furnace for a cost of $2,800 to $3,200. We obtained a second opinion from AT Klemens. The only problem they found was a loose wire to the relay, which they repaired. The furnace is operating normally. Their cost for the visit, $75.00. We would highly recommend them for their honesty and professionalism.

They came quickly as there was cold weather coming. They were friendly and courteous to my animals and to me. Because the gauge was attached to the boiler system, the water needed to be shut off to the house. They quickly made the change and turned the water back on. They left no mess behind.

It took quite a while because we had to get some different parts and he had to get the sink to fit into our counter (not easy). That's why it was so expensive. But he was courteous, professional, did good work, and kept a smile on his face while my two year old followed him around for six hours saying and quot;hey what's that? what are you doing? What's that? what are you doing?....and quot;

Replacement of the washers did not stop leak. Replaced old faucet (original faucet from the 60s) with new faucet.

it had been flickering then went out completely. He switched over something electricity was back on he checked out a couple things I had questions about let me know approximate costs and let me know to call for another appointment. Very professional and informational....I never got a bill bonus. :)

Overall the visit went well. The gentleman was very professional and did great work. My only complaint is that I got a call from A T Klemens while I was in town (I live about 10 miles out of town) saying that they had a cancellation and I was next. They wanted to come about 2 hours early. I agreed and got the parts I needed and hurried home. They ended up showing up at the scheduled time. Not a big deal but I had a little more running around that I needed to get done in town. The gentleman was there for about an hour and a half. When I got the bill i was chr ged for three hours. I didn't complain simply because the workmanship was great. However, in the future I will document the arrival and departure time just to be sure. Other than that. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have been using them for about fifteen years. They are very professional. They always fix it and if they can't fix it, they will keep on coming back until it is fixed.

Had to have boiler replaced for water-based heating system in our home. We were really hoping that they would be able to get it done in one day since we were having sub-zero temperatures. They got in and got the unit replaced, and were done before the end of the day, despite the fact that the unit arrived from the factory with the wiring harness done backwards. They figured it out and got the installation done in one day. We were very happy.
