+ 0 moreErvin brought his crew in and prepared the ground, dug the holes and poured the uprights in an amazingly short time. He completed the project in three days, cleaned up the construction residue; had the county inspector sign off on the project and was completed on schedule. I have been dealing with contractors for over 10 years and Ervin is the most honest, and user friendly I've experienced in the Lassen County area. His work is of the highest quality and he meets his production schedule. After he completed the barn I requested he remodel my guest bathroom. Again, he finished ahead of schedule and the quality of his work was exceptional. I will use Intermountain Construction again soon for another renovation and will not bother with estimates from any other source. Due to the positive experiences I've had with their previous work. I recommend without hesitation or reservation.
Description of Work: Intermountain Construction construced a 36X48 pole barn with metal sides and roof. The structure was built around my specific plans to accommodate my ranch equipment and RV. Ervin Miller evaluated my plans, and then asked me my intent for usage. He then offered suggestions to farther improve what I needed. His plan was better than mine & I took his suggestions which resulted in more usable space. He was extremely easy to work with and was completely honest and up-front concerning his construction schedule, cost, and quality standards.
