+ -1 moreLeonard was super prompt and friendly when he came to the house and gave us the quote. He got us the quote very quickly and told us he could do the work the same week. Because our old furnace was not reliable, he said he would rearrange some of his jobs to make sure we were not stuck in cold. His partner came exactly at the time promised and did the install. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He even helped me out a little with replacing the vent for our downdraft cooktop that I was working on while he was there. The install went really well and the furnace works great. It is nice to leave the house and know that the pipes aren't going to freeze because the furnace died. I would most assuredly recommend Silvertip Heating and Air to absolutely anyone. They definitely stand behind their work and give you a great sense of confidence in what they do.
Description of Work: Replaced 27 year old furnace, replaced undersized return duct to bring it up to spec, and replaced old thermostat with a new programmable model.
