I had several contacts with Justin at Chapman concrete. I was having a basement easement window hole cut. Justin was happy to stop by and give me pointers prior to our work date. Justin was prompt and had good phone contact just prior to our work as confirmation. Justin works straight though the job with no wasted time or effort. I was very impressed with Justin and the work he preformed. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and pleasantly surprised with how quickly the job was completed. Company was responsive to this small project. I received a proposal and decided to go ahead with the project. This was all done within 30 days from date of proposal. Workers showed up on date scheduled. The staff were efficient and very professional There was no time wasted both worked hard during the 2 days it took to demolish, haul away debris and set up forms to prepare for the pouring. The owner showed up several times to make sure everything that was needed was available and the job was done right. I was very impressed with all who worked here. They were friendly and kept us informed on the progress and what was to be done next. I would use them again.
