I was extremely pleased with Three Generations Roofing. This is a family-run business. They are very straight-forward in their dealings, and extraordinarily pleasant people to have working on your property. They work hard, and they seem proud of the work that they do. They took care of the building permit, and were present for both city inspections: both inspections were without fault. Product utilized was the Malarkey roofing system, installed with a 100 mph wind warranty. I am quite satisfied with the cost/outcome of the project, and I recommend them without reservation.
