+ 0 moreHe did well. He used colored cement with antiquing on it that came out very nice. I would recommend him to others. I don't know that much about cement but it looked pretty good. The price seemed to be reasonable.
Description of Work: Steve Divine Concrete Finishing placed forms in several places around the house. He then poured cement.

+ 1 moreAS explained above we knew we had to do something to fix the cracks otherwise we eventually would have to deal with major construction costs and we were looking for a cost-effective solution that was appropriate to an old building (from the 1880s). Steve convinced us he could solve the problem without major reconstruction and that it would last for many years. He explaine dthe process, brought us samples of colors for coating, and did the work with minimum interruption of front porch access to the house. As explained above he also repaired some stucco siding in several places and came back to make improvements , one we quite extensive (resurfacing to make it less slippery) without added costs. he also guranteed the work and is willing to come back if there are any problems and there have been none thus far.
Description of Work: We have an old house (duplex) and the concrete front steps and porch were cracking and getting worse. We had three difewrent contractors look over the problem and recommend a solution and cost estimate. The range of work and cost estimates varied greatly - one was especially costly. Steve recommended a coating to seal the crack and concrete surfaces at a much lower cost and not requiring major construction. He also repaired the stucco on botyh the porch siding and at several other areas of the house. The surface turned out to be slippery so Steve came back and resurfaced the entire area at no additional cost and there have not been any problems since.
