Our carpets looked like new after the cleaning, very happy with results!

We purchased a home and had the carpets cleaned & tested for pet urine with the ultra violet light. Special chemical for urine odor was used in 2 bedrooms. One bedroom it was recommended to remove carpet. I felt this company was very trustworthy, friendly & professional. They were prompt at scheduling an appt. time. & were timely and efficient. I would absolutely recommend them and will certainly be a return customer if I need carpet cleaning services.

The service representative arrived on time, and easily, and willingly, worked around a maid service that was on site at the same time. Cleaning went smoothly and efficiently - the longest process being the cleaning of the couch upholstery. The method used did a good job cleaning while only leaving carpet/upholstery damp vice wet. Conducted on a warm, summer day, everything dried very quickly. Did not stipulate that furniture be moved or raised, so unsure if this service would have been conducted. The service representative did, however, move anything small or easy (such as magazine stands, baskets, etc.) without having to be asked or told.

Rob gave me an estimate over the phone based on my description of the areas to be cleaned and despite I called him to warn him I added a bit more, he stuck to his original estimate. He was punctual, professional and did an excellent job on our carpets. Rob complimented us on our carpets, saying they are in good shape, which was nice to hear. Heaven's Best was recommended to us by two different friends who have used him for years and we will definitely call him back in the future.
