concrete repair
+ -1 moreThe initial estimate was made in April. We needed to call to have the estimate sent to us 2 weeks later. The estimate came, the paperwork was signed and a substantial deposit was sent. We were told that the work would begin approximately the end of June, after some other projects were completed. The time came and we did not hear from Rob, and even after repeated calls and emails to the company there has been no response. It is now the middle of August. We cannot be sure what has happened since we cannot contact him, but since the check had not been cashed we have put a stop payment on the check. The work was never begun
Description of Work: Havens Construction was asked to replace concrete ramps and install a short walk for a disabled senior.
