+ -1 morethe guy was really nice and seemed knowledgeable so I let him work on my computer, that was a big mistake on my part, I had to go and buy a new computer, and I wiped the hard drive on my XP myself and reinstalled everything, so now I won't hook it to the internet as I don't want to lose it, I have programs on there that I don't want to lose.
Description of Work: they said my computer had around 450 virus's, they were supposed to clean it up, when I got home with it, it worked worse then when they had it. about a month later, the guy told me that some virus's got ahold of his IP address and distroyed his hard drive. but he wasn't willing to refix mine without more payment.
