Depending on the size, we will bill every week a portion of the remaining balance until completion. Sometimes there are surprises we can't account for. Communication is always key. We will stop construction and re-calculate the estimate, agree in writing on the solution, and continue. We work out of Billings so trip charges in Billings are restricted to hauling of material or repetitive trips. We really do everything in the category listing. At 130 having not shown up, i called and left a message. No response. Called Angi phone number. Now I'm struggling with not being able to know who the new company is, they are coming Monday, Angi has my money. I don't know if the replacement person will know what I want worked on in advance. Not happy about all this!"
