Cramer Cleaning

Description of Work: This was the second time I had called this service. It took the proprietor well over a month to return my phone call the first time I called for the service. When she did call back she apologized that it had taken over a month to return my call. Several months later I decided to try again, and I have yet to receive a return phone call. Strike two and you're out. No third chances.

Description of Work: I would not recommend this company. Many days the employee did not show up with no phone call. The company evidently has trouble retaining employees.

Description of Work: Cleaned house every other week for $75 each time

Description of Work: I have been using this company for almost a year now to come clean my home twice a month. They have very reasonable prices. A bit on the high end but you definitely get what you pay for. She is very professional and always tries to do extras at no charge. Sometimes she misses something, but she's only human and is bound to make a mistake from time to time. Anytime she does miss something, all I have to do is call her and she'll come right over and fix it. That has only happened 3 times in the last year though, so I'm very impressed.
