Description of Work: Installation and purchase of 35,000 btu vented wall propane heater, safety check, etc. Woodstove pipe put into garage, checked woodstove, and put in "fillers" along top ridge of garage ceiling. Checked and adjust inside fireplace, fixed blower, etc. and outside "chimney". We were happy to know we did not need chimney sweep work. Amazingly hard working person, and very knowledgeable. He came to us from about 3 hrs away, with a very fair price, and worth every penny.

+ -1 moreHe arrived after our agreed time however called before and explained that he'd be late. This clearly demonstrates that he respects my time and me. He carefully placed drop cloths around my woodstove, then checked around the pipe for safety issues. He noted and, using some fiberglass insulation I had from another project, properly and completely repaired the problems by placing the insulation in two areas where it had collapsed. Because of the large amount of soot that had accumulated in the pipe (two full five gallon pails) he recommended that we have him sweep during our heating season. We scheduled that cleaning. Jeff was courteous and explained each question I had about my stove. After he finished the actual cleaning he then very carefully and completely cleaned up the little mess he had made. A true and now valued craftsman.
Description of Work: Swept (cleaned) the wood stove chimneys for both my home and shop.
