About us

At Valley Residential Painting we provide an inside and out painting, maintenance and repair service. One partner was 20 years as an independent home builder, the other 14 years as a professional painter. Together we have the combined experience to take care of you by offering a large number of services from a single contractor. We specialize in Residential Properties, but; we are also prepared to go into Commercial and Industrial projects. Insured, bondable workmen's comp. when employees are present. We vary with employees from none to some depending upon the seasonal trend and economic climate.We will work payment schedules out with most people. But the Base cost is 50% down (this pays for most materials). Our bid often run up the middle of the bidding spectrum because, for your safety, we run our business by the book.

Services we offer

Inside and out painting and coating business. We are happy to help you with maintenance and repair, because, more often than not that is part of painting...or painting follows such job up rather closely. We can also help you with many carpentry and building jobs on the smaller scale. Larger scale jobs are taken on with only a hand full of customers and my personal interest in the project. I am less expensive than many but I want the enjoyment of spectacular.

Services we don't offer

I do a lot of design work. And enjoy the hands on work and involvement in every project. But I stay out of the landscaping end. I may have some valid points in how landscaping may be problematic to the architectural end of the project, but that is as far as I go. I do have an "in" with a Landscaper that will do you a wonderful job at a reasonable cost. And she has done work for people like Liz Clayborn.

Bob is the owner and his attention to detail was amazing. Patrick, his assistant, was equally professional and thorough. I would hire them again for any exterior or exterior job. There was a lot of detail work and everything was perfect -- and perfect is hard for me because I am very picky. I did a follow-up review and could not find anything that they did not handle beautifully. They also did the metal light fixtures that had faded with age. WOW, they look brand new.
Description of Work: He painted the exterior and did a wonderful professional job. We used Home Scapes Paint and it looks like a brand new house. They also did the metal work around the windows. Also, the gutters and drain spouts.
