Frankie and his wife Holly clearly know their trade -- they spent over an hour in an inspection and explaining the needed repairs or replacement options- then they sat in their vehicle writing up three options with pricing quotes ----I sent pictures to the other pros and never got a response back --- I highly recommend these Pros ---

Clear Flow responded incredibly quickly to my request and were able to come out to help me faster than I expected. I was very happy with their obvious care, professionalism and knowledge for helping with issues with my instant water heater. I absolutely recommend them and they are now on my list of favorite people to hire!

Frankie and Holly Piazza are top notch! If you're looking for someone who takes the time to research everything and do it right the first time, you want Frankie and Holly at Clear Flow Plumbing. Everything was meticulously reviewed, planned out, and executed with precision. Though there was some extra work above and beyond the initial estimate, the extra amount added was more than reasonable. No gotchas or surprises. They installed a new high-tech water softener/filtration/salt bin with a hub, as well as a new water heater and some other minor repairs. They also split our water system off so that lawn irrigation and outside spigots were on a separate line than the softened water, so more piping in the crawl space, but they took the time to make sure everything was the way it should have been when the house was built. Professional, personable, down-to-earth, no-nonsense, no hard-sell... just good, honest plumbers who know how to treat a project and a customer without overcharging. 5 stars.

Frankie was able to clear a nasty drainline blockage. A former tenant apparently flushed some baby wipes and then over time sediment kept building up. He was very patient, he had to clear the kitchen, bath lav and shower. Thankfully the old pipes survived. I will definately call Frankie again if I need plumbing help in the future.
