Nothing went wrong. He was very prompt. I appreciated the advice that I got from him. He was very honest and did exactly what he said that he was going to do. It was very reasonable. He was only here a couple of hours.

From my first contact with the company, everyone was polite, helpful and professional. All calls were responded to promptly. We chose a color that had to be ordered, and we called Marc with our color choice on Tues. He said he would have the material and the job would be finished by Friday. On Friday AM they started the job and were finished by early afternoon. All scraps and material were cleaned up, and the yard looked as it did before they started. Their completing the work on time was especially important as I was coordinating this job with siding work being done by another contractor. It was a great experience to work with this company. UPDATE: 10-12-2010 Apparently this was an "out of sight, out of mind" job. They either didn't caulk or didn't caulk enough the 3' of gutter over the steps. From the first rain on, water has been dripping down onto the steps. I've called Marc several times, talked directly to him and to the lady that also answers the phone at their business. It's now been over two months, and not only has no-one shown up, they don't have the decency to return my phone calls. I'll have someone else fix it, and make my future recommendations accordingly. I have adjusted my ratings to reflect my experience to date. UPDATE: They did finally just drop by one day. I don't know the date. Late October or in November. To be fair, the problem was not the gutter. It was a roof problem. So I won't say they don't do good work. However, the lack of responsiveness to my calls and to addressing my concerns is a major concern to me. .
