+ -1 moreThe weather held up progress on the excavation work, and Zach was great about working with the delays. He checked in with us a few times each week to see what the progress was, and made sure that he was keeping space open in his schedule to do our work once we finished the excavation. Once he had the green light to get started, he and his assistant worked diligently and reliably. He showed up when he said he would, and cleaned up the worksite at the end of each day. He did top-notch work, and was also friendly and very courteous. Our deck is beautiful, and we have had absolutely no problems with it. We would recommend MT Deck and Remodel to anyone wanting high quality, professional service. Zach also had a good working relationship with the city inspectors, who had to approve the deck after it was completed.
Description of Work: We had to tear down our old deck to have excavation work completed around two sides of the house, then have a new deck installed. We obtained several deck bids. By far, MT Deck and Remodel provided the most professional bid. Zach Long met with us on a Saturday morning, and we discussed several options. He had brought samples (we wanted to go with composite decking) and plenty of options. He also had an album of completed projects and names/numbers of customers for references. Zach was very patient with us in helping us choose which products to use (composite decking and rail systems have MANY options). Once we decided what we wanted, Zach gave us a detailed proposal (much more detailed than any other proposals).
