Exceptionaly well- very professional family owned and operated company with excellent prices, references and work ethic. Called for an estimate and within 24 hours John had visited with me and provided his proof of insurance, workers compensation paperwork and a written estimate. Of all the estimates, he was the most honest, caring and well groomed. I will certainly refer him to my family and friends.

The company was quick to respond to a request for a bid, described the services to be provided and approximate time it could be accomplished. The team showed up promptly and worked diligently throughout the two days required to remove the 40+ foot tree. The job required using equipment placed in a neighbor's yard. They were careful and respectful of the neighbor's and my yard. The tree and stump removal was completed efficiently and all residue removed. I felt they provided service beyond that expected when a worker showed up after all the tasks were completed and used a blower/vacuum to do a final clean-up of the bits of sawdust left in the yard. He even cleaned up the patio which was beyond the area effected by the tree removal -- an added bonus! I would not hesitate to hire Cost Cutters again for my own landscaping and will definately recommend them to my friends.

He was very dishonest. I did not have work done by him, only an estimate. He had a much higher price than anyone else that came out.

They returned my call within a few hours and came out that same day to provide an estimate. I had five medium trees removed. The work was completed by Noon of the next day. I appreciated the quick, competent service.

3 weeks after the service was perfomed a person from the company called while my wife and I were out and demanded of my children our personal information. the children refused to give out our personal information; as they were told never to give out personal information overthe phone or internet. This woman called 5 times, each time been more aggresive. My daughter, affraid of what this wonam was saying gave her my cell phone number. When she called me, she was rude, unprofessional and demanding. I tried to explain that we never got a bill, but she would not hear me out. I gave her my contact information as it was obvious that she had misplaced it. When i got home and my children told me how this person kept calling and how rude she was, I called her back to express my dissatisfaction, but, again she would stop ben nasty, rude and unprofessional. I will not recommend this company. I will never let them any where close to our home or use there services ever again.

Provided good service, and lots of free information. Service is provided by the owner and his young sons. The sons are just learning the business, and it shows. With experience they should learn how to act more professionally in front of clients.

As stated above we needed several large and dangerous pine trees removed as well as the debris - once awarded the contract they were prompt and complete. They did a wonderful job and did no damage to our property. Plus they saved us over $1500 from the other bidders. This is the tree company for Helena and surrounding areas!!

They get an A across the board including for their price as well. They have fair pricing. They are excellent on clean up. They are quick and punctual.
