When I called him for all three jobs, he came over the same day. When he replaced the innards for the toilet he had a really hard time getting the nut off the bottom of the toilet, but he never gave up, never said it was impossible and he tried every trick in the book. He did finally remove it and the rest of the work went without a hitch. When he replaced the hot water heater that was older than dirt, he called to inform me of the cost of the heater and to get my confirmation that it was okay to proceed. He came over the next morning earlier than he thought he would be able to make it. He worked for two hours, replaced the heater, updated the pipes and valves to the heater, so we can actually turn the water off at the site only instead of having to shut it off through the whole house. He took out the old heater and cleaned up any signs of mess. He was done in two hours and charged about $850.00 for everything including the new hot water heater and labor. I am so impressed by him.
