Description of Work: We bought two chairs from the show room floor on sale. Steele's delivered to our home which was wonderful. When the chair was brought into the living room the color was completely different (natural light vs. store lights). When we explained we did not want a chair that color, the delivery men said they would return it and credit our account. It's this type of no-fuss professionalism that will keep me going back. Besides I love the warm chocolate chip cookies when I am shopping in appliances.

Description of Work: I was referred to Steele's Furniture/Appliance by my Realtor. I was looking for a washer and dryer. I found exactly the Heavy Duty /large capacity unit I was looking for here. They deliver it, leveled it, and installed it for $25 which was well worth it since I had just had shoulder surgery. They gave a slight discount for cash (a check). I will return and purchase a bed from this company. They took the time and also were very polite and helpful. I really like Angie's List. This is an excellent way to find good value for your money. I paid for the Speed Queen brand because I had the same washer and dryer at my current home for the last six years have worked excellent. I do about a load of laundry per day.
