Description of Work: I had the entire rear two story porch replaced on my 5000 sq ft house. Rex Builders was 50% less than the next bid. Watching them work I could see how they are able to do it faster than other contractors I've worked with - they seem to touch the materiel only once and are in constant motion. I initially thought that the low bid might mean less quality, but even our architect is impressed. Rex Builders also has no problem doing a formal change request as opposed to just a verbal commitment. I'm truly amazed at their work.
