Description of Work: Very nice people, good workers. Cleaned up work site each day, did quality work.

Description of Work: Replace shower enclosure, tub, toilet, exhaust fan & light combo, vanity top with sinks and faucets, new flooring. In the beginning we were told they would be here on October 8...then later they called to say would be first thing on October 9...they finally showed up at 10 am on the 9th...no call to say they would be later than the 8:30am time that was scheduled. Things went fairly smoothly at first, aside from my having to continually close my front door after them..asked them to shut it repeatedly..apparently they don't hear very well? Finally told their owner he was going to receive our power bill in the mail if it persisted...got better after that for the door part anyway. When they chipped off the existing tile I asked the worker to put on safety glasses...he refused. All in all it was NOT a pleasant experience...took a few calls to get things finished properly...had dead spots in the new tub, felt like we would fall thru the tub! The countertop is NOT what we ordered and we were never told until after it was installed that they changed the order to another supplier...wall they built is NOT straight..floor is not level, had to deal with a "loaner" toilet seat as they tried to substitute a cheap knock off for our $150 soft close seat...that took a month..when they put the trim up they sealed our heat register shut..faucet handle in the tub was not installed properly...that took 3 calls to get it done right...the counter top shifted a month after it was installed...All in all we are NOT happy customers...Every time I tried to talk to them about things not being right they tried to make me feel like I was just stupid and didn't know anything...wrong...my dad was a carpenter and a VERY good one!! I know quality when I see it and this job is NOT quality and far from professional by any means. When I called their office to inquire about our warranty paperwork they acted like they already mailed it...this is December 2013 now folks...Got the final copy of the work order, they apparently do not leave any warranty information .. they said we just need to call them and they will take care of it?? Really?? I did a face to face with the Boss on the job and advised him I have NEVER been treated so poorly by anyone in my entire life! Do I recommend this company?..NO, would I do it again?...NO....Am I happy with the work? NO

Description of Work: Built me a walk-in shower, installed new drywall, electrical fixtures, new vanity, linen cabinet and sink.

Description of Work: Gutted small master bathroom toilet & shower room. Replaced moldy sheetrock, installed new flooring, solid surface shower pan, shower surround, and ceiling fan. Repainted.
