We tried for over a week to get a returned phone call to schedule septic service. Each time we called, we were told to expect a call the following day. It never happened, and left several messages on an answering machine. We tried an alternative number listed in the phone book's advertisement, and the person that answered wanted to know how we were able to get their cell number!!! Their answering machine service finally filled up so we could not even leave another message! When we did finally get a call back, after 10 days of trying, a disorganized associate had us confused with another customer! Total disarray and lack of professionalism. Would NOT recommend or use.
Description of Work: No actual service performed. Unable to get anyone to schedule or follow up in a timely manner.
