+ 0 moreI paid half down at the end of September 2012. You can't install this roof when it is wet. I had to call several times in 2013 before they actually started on the roof. The installation went very well. The only problem was the new replacement sky lights - they were on back order. The temporary sky lights did not hold up under a huge rain storm and they leaked into the house. After they installed the correct new sky lights we have had no problems with leaks anywhere. I would use them again, but I would include a definite start date in the contract.
Description of Work: I have a large flat roof on a two story apartment building. K&K installed a rubber membrane over the old roof after the roofing material vendor determined that was OK.
