We called Gino for a price quote at his convenience. He called back almost immediately. We set up a date & time for him to do a pre-survey of the job. He called before the appt to verify it was still a good time. He was prompt and courteous. Called us back with the price quote within the hour! He checked with us to be sure it was not an emergency situation, which it was not. Advised us it would be a couple of weeks before work started, which was fine...Gino called a week ahead of schedule to see if we would be available for installation on 11-25! We were thrilled to say the least with company coming for Thanksgiving. He showed up ready to work the morning of installation...went right to work...was very efficient and tidy....This guy is professional in every sense of the word! Only wish more contractors were like him!! Would I recommend him? YES!!!!! Wish we could clone him in fact!!!

In response to my emergency, I could get no Anaconda plumbers to answer the phone. One emergency number gave me a fax tone, so I called a long ago friend who I knew worked for Bugni Plumbing. He responded that he would get his tools and leave right away to drive the 40 miles on a snowy highway from Butte to Anaconda. He phoned around midnight to say that the water was turned off. The owner phoned me several times the next day to help me solve the situation. I was astonished by the professionalism and personal service provided for me at a reasonable price by this company. I would recommend this company to anyone in Butte, MT, and the surrounding area.

Whenever I have a plumbing issue, Bugni's is who I call right away and it's taken care of in no time! My most recent experience was when I stepped into the shower, turned on the faucets, and no water! I called Bugni's, and he set up an appointment for the next day (fortunately, I have a second bathroom that was working!). He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time! He was great, as he began the project he explained what he thought the problem was, and what, for my sake, he hoped it was not! It was done in about 20 minutes, and no problems since! I am very grateful for Bugni Plumbing and Heating!

They came out the next morning after a late afternoon phone call. Found the problem and fixed it immediately. Prompt and courteous. Gave a follow up phone call to check on service provided and if the problem was still resolved.

Bugni is professional and provide good quality work. They are prompt and are at the job site when they say they will be there.
