+ -1 moreThey had a good knowledge of hot water heat and radiator heat. They seemed to solve the heating issue that my tenants complained about. Once they fixed it, it was good for the tenants; no more complaints from them about heat.
Description of Work: There were some issues in the duplex. There are two gold top boilers in the duplex (one on each side) and sometimes the pilot light goes out. It's a hot water heating system so they had to replace some thermocouples and work with the motors because it's a hot water heating system. Sometimes they get clogged up. They took care of the pilot light issue and squared away all that in both units.
