Description of Work: They fixed a pipe leak in cooper tubing. They maintain the boiler.

Description of Work: We called this plumbing company to move some pipes in the laundry room, there was not a problem to start. -The man- The man who came to our house was kind and helpful. However, he did not move the pipes to where I specified, so he had to redo that part. The guy who did the estimate clearly did not communicate well with him when we discussed the overall plan. -The equipment- The laundry hook up that he replaced was a cheap, hard to use piece that ended being so bad that it leaks every time I use the hot water (despite new washer hoses and washer seal). It's hard to use and leaky. The other pipes and tools he used seemed quality. He used a crimper for the pipes instead of a flame solder, so that seemed safe and done well. -The bill- The company charged us for 5 hours labor, when the man was there for 3 hours. They did "meet in the middle" so I paid for 4 hours plus parts. -The company service- They said they'd call back when a grey water system was ordered so they could install, they never called so I assume they never ordered. The shop itself is dusty & dirty, littered with piles of papers, 2 growly dogs, and facebook up on the computer screen.
