Twilight Roofing

I needed a repair on the ridge shingles right before a big storm blew in. Nate showed up in the morning and was off the roof in about 30 min at a time I could not get anyone to even call back. Very happy with the service.

The entire crew from Twilight Roofing from the President on down were excellent to work with. I was in need of a new roof, soffit and fascia for my shop. Nate Engel (President) worked with me throughout the entire process and communicated on a regular basis with updates and status of completion. His crew did a great job, from tearing off of the old roof (including making sure all the old nails were picked up), to repairs and new installation. All around excellent experience! I will definitely be using Twilight Roofing down the road. Highly Highly recommended team and business!

I was very impressed by the manner in which the owner, Nate, promptly sent one of his crew early in the summer to evaluate the roof damage and make a materials list. He then quickly provided a formal proposal by email. It was then approximately three months before he could work me into his busy schedule, but our roof was not leaking and there was no rush to get it done - so that was fine. Nate and his crew arrived on September 1st to do the job and came with all of the correct materials. I was immediately convinced they were both very experienced and knew what they were doing. They got the job done very quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. The job took fewer hours than he estimated on his original proposal, and he was kind enough and honest enough to actually reduce the price by $200.

He sent one of his roofers out the very next day, I was really impressed. He was really busy, and he said he wouldn't get back to me to do the repairs until mid July. I'm waiting for him because he really looks good. He has high recommendations from Angie's List that's why I chose him.

Fine. Their timing and their response was fine. They were professional.

He has kept in contact with us over the last seven months. I will update this post once the roof is on later in this week.

excellent. very friendly, professional, prompt. cleaned up after we had left for a few days (still dusty from his work inside would be my only slight criticism). I would highly recommend him to anybody.

He got over there right away and attached the dangle facia. Went and got new aluminum facia material and came back and replaced it. Clean job. Very responsive.

They were fast in getting out there. The guy is very patient because I am still waiting for money from the insurance company to pay him off. I still owe him about $1000. In my opinion, it is just all around a good mom and pop operation.

The owner did the roofing work himself. He was prompt. He was responsive to my phone calls. He was prompt in coming to the house to look at the roof and the estimate. His was prompt on his timing. I went with them because of the referral from Angie’s list. Other roofing companies did not come promptly. I would use him in the future.

Overall, it went GREAT. We met Nate, the owner of Twilight Roofing, at a Home Expo. We asked him to come out and give us a quote. We just really liked him and the fact that he advertised "drug free" work crews. He worked with us on the estimate and finding the right shingles. He was always professional. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, were polite. You would never have known at the end of each day that the roof was even being worked on. They cleaned up SOOOO well. I had quite a few questions, which he answered promptly and made a few cosmetic changes that I requested with no problems. They were just a pleasure to work with and I would strongly recommend them. They weren't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but worth it for the peace of mind.
