 + -1 moreIf you want a local provider who will give you an honest assessment and charge you a reasonable rate for diagnostics and repair, this is the place!
Description of Work: Computer boot drive had bad area that impacted the keyboard/mouse driver so there was no way to get the PC working with any mouse or keyboard. RAM was able to diagnose the problem and access all the data in a couple of hours. The bad news was that there were also hardware problems with the motherboard on this 8 year old desktop. The staff were very helpful, honest and forthright about the work to fix the computer, the cost and the relative value of the computer. In the end they backed up all the data on all the hard drives for me and I decided not to invest more money on the old computer.
