Pristine Specialty Cleaning

It went good. I love the product they use to clean carpets with as it is the most natural I can find locally. I have never had any allergy problems or skin reactions to any of their products. They showed up on time and got straight to work. My son did close his door he is young and has this thing lately, I had thought it was open and so initially they did not clean his room thinking it was a privacy thing and off limits. I had, had to leave early for an appointment and was not able to go upstairs with them prior to leaving. However, they kept their appointment with their other customer which I respected and came back afterwards to do my son's room later in their day i'm sure when they wanted to be done. It was very nice they came back that day given the misunderstanding on all parts. We have used this company twice and will in the future, Jason and Rachelle are great to work with.

They called to confirm the appointment, appeared on time, did cleaned the 2-story apartment spotless, let us know how to let it dry best, and gave us a discount for paying on the spot.

Jason was easy to communicate with on the phone and in person. He still had information about our home layout from a previous cleaning about two years ago so he was able to estimate the cost without a visit. The estimate ended up being very close to the final cost. When I first scheduled the cleaning, there was a several week wait time but within a week they had called to let me know there was an opening and we were able to reschedule for a much earlier cleaning. My wife and I were very pleased with the result. There were a lot of minor pet stains and mud stains that had accumulated over the last two years and not one of them was visible after the cleaning. The carpets looked new. Jason also had no problem removing the stains from the recliner. I thought the pricing was fair and appreciated Jason going over the pricing details with me. Pricing per square foot varied depending on whether furniture was to be moved or not and whether Scotch Guard was to be applied. Cleaning stairs also cost more per square foot. Pristine Cleaning also offered a massive 20% discount for same day payment. We've been completely happy with the work both times we used Pristine Cleaning and will definitely be going to them again in the future.
