MOBILE RESCUE GEEKS

Andy (the owner) was very responsive to a computer crash on a Sunday and arranged to meet us in town to get teh laptop(we live 40 miles away). Said that work should take a few days. A few days later we call and Greg says Andy is away and hard drive is dead, can't recover anything, he will need to order a new one, work will be done in a week. Then a week later we call and we get no answer, then we call later and Greg says he's loading Windows, maybe tomorrow. We are in Bozeman the next day and call and get the fax machine again. Now it's close to 2 weeks and we have no idea what's going on. The next week we call fax answers. The next day the answering machine picks up, we leave a message that we have to be in Bozeman later that day and ask if we can pick up the PC. No call back. Call again while in Bozeman and Andy picks up, says he's just back from vacation, and the original replacement hard drive was bad and he is putting in another. Andy got the hard drive in and Windows reloaded in the next couple hours and we collected the PC and went home. After two weeks it's still working, although all our applications and files were lost. Andy seems to be OK, but if you have to work with Greg, look out. He does NOT communicate with the customer. And it's always "next day" but it isn't. Replacement hard drive was almost as expensive as a brand new Netbook with windows 7 ($279).
