They are very professional and easy to work with, ask what we want them to do and follow through with it. I gave them a B on price, but only because I haven't compared them to other services, but we are willing to pay for their reliable and honest service. When we mention something like moving the furniture to dust under couches, etc., they follow through with it. Overall, they are trustworthy, friendly, and keep my house clean, which is what is important to me. They also use green cleaning solutions that don't make your home smell like the inside of a gas station bathroom.

We used Mister Green Clean for one year to clean our home periodically (every 6-7 weeks, on average). The cost was $130 for 3.5-4 hours of work (or $125 if cash or check written to Matt's name rather than the business' name). Matt does a thorough job and has very strong attention to detail. The quality of his assistants, however, was highly variable. In the summers, while Matt is a fishing guide in Alaska, Nicki and assistants take over the cleaning. The cleaning quality dropped precipitously during this time, and in one case Nicki left our home to work another job, leaving only the assistant, who used a cleaning solution and paper towel on our flat panel TV screens (which should never be cleaned in such a way). I had to call Nicki and ask her to return to our home and fix the damage. In contrast to Matt's friendly demeanor and attention to detail, Nicki comes across as surly and disorganized. We waited until Matt returned in September to resume cleanings. Last month, while Matt was cleaning, I told him I would like to schedule regular monthly cleanings. He was enthusiastic and told me his availability. I called him the next week to solidify, and he said he would send me an email confirmation. When the email arrived, it was a quote for cleaning priced 56% higher than what we had been paying (up to $195 from $125). I inquired about this apparent mistake, and was then informed that they were raising their rates, and that they "had been meaning to speak to me about it since the summer." No mention of this had accompanied the email, and the main rationale seemed to be that their business has grown. Nicki also said that they had been "mistakenly" charging me too little. I don't know what Matt and Nicki's intentions were, but raising rates so significantly and unexpectedly, without communication or rationale, is disingenuous and cowardly. We are very disappointed. I would have been willing to pay a bit more if they had spoken to me directly rather than trying to sneak in a rate increase. Clearly, they have serious management and organization problems. This awful customer service, coupled with the other problems we have had over the prior year, has led us to discontinue our business with Mister Green Clean. I cannot do business with someone I don't trust - and that is particularly true for someone cleaning my home.

Super friendly, but unfortunately will not use again. They were too slow and did not get enough done. They didn't mop the floors and bathrooms were still dirty when they left (especially the shower). They claim their products are so safe you can eat them. Smelled like simple green to me, and anything with such a strong odor, cannot be safe!

It was a difficult job and the provider did the best work possible.

Wonderful job and smells fresh without the harsh chemicals.

We have used several housekeepers since we moved to Bozeman and they all SMOKE. The owers are a nurse and a fly fishing guide and they are clean, professional and trustworthy. Hands down best service we have ever used. I'm not going to bad mouth other companies, but compare your estimate experiences before you hire someone.
