She gave us a quote, but she did not show up for scheduled service. When I made contact with her after she did not arrive, she said there was a scheduling issue and asked if she could send a colleague at another time. She routinely took a very long time to return calls. She seems very disorganized and unreliable. We will not try her again.

They were able to schedule an estimate the same day that I called, and showed up at the agreed upon time to clean. Everything was done satisfactorily. They do need a new vacuum, though, which they know. I found a bit of dust here and there after they left, but did not feel that was a major deal breaker for future calls. I'd had an unsatisfactory experience with another cleaning service, so was happy to find Vanassa and Chrystal!

She was very responsive in arriving at our convenience so we could proceed moving into a clean kitchen and bath. She was also very cooperative in performing the work in the manner we requested. We paid and left her in our new home to lock up and leave on her own. She called to let us know she had finished and left, leaving us a receipt and summary note w/o us asking! Very satisfied and a nice experience.

Valarie did great. She showed up right on time and went to work immediately. Her work was very thorough and I thought she went over and above many times. She is friendly and easy to talk to. She came over as soon as I originally called to give me an idea of time it would take to do the work. She had everything she needed when she came to work and the house looks wonderful. I think the price is very reasonable. All-in-all, she did a great job for a very good price.

Called on the 21st and was scheduled in just a few short minuets. I meet them on the morning of the 23rd and showed the two what i needed done. I had to go to work so i ran through the house with them. Left them to do what they do and when i returned form work i was impressed everything and more had been done. I sent the payment and called to scheduled my next appointment.
