+ -1 moreThe initial contact and home visit went well. The Kenco rep didn't pressure us into anything we didn't need, but devised a system that works perfectly for our specific situation. It took a while to get an appointment for an installation, and while the original rep had planned to come out for the installation, he cancelled at the last minute. But the tech who did the installation was great, explained everything in a way we could understand. The rep was not great at answering questions via email, but fine whenever I called him on the phone. And the system works like a dream, is easily amended if our needs change.
Description of Work: Kenco Security rep came out to our house, did an evaluation and recommended a security system for us. About a month later, they installed the system, and currently monitor it.
