Steve Hunter was extremely patient in asking a lot of my questions about the long term repercussions of things he found during the inspection. It really helped me to assess if that property would meet my own goals, and what extra expenses I might have waiting for me if I purchased that property. He also was clear and thorough in explaining radon results, characteristics of older wiring in the house, and potential repairs required by patches on the roof.

Timing and a thorough inspection were of the essence in my situation. Not only was Steven able to adjust his schedule to fit me in but he also provided a detailed report in a timely manner. I had a few additional questions after the fact and Steven was also able to address those both quickly and informatively.

I went with Stephen because I couldn't get ahold of the home inspectors my realtor suggested despite multiple attempts. Stephen called me back within 5 minutes of my inquiry, and handled the whole process like a total pro. He was prompt, friendly, thorough and worth every penny.
