Description of Work: Very nice couple that own their own business, but the machine they use to clean carpets was very poor. Their machine doesn't actually pick up any dirt, but instead uses a brush to scrub the carpet fibers only. |Afterwards, I thought I would try my personal, cheap carpet cleaner on just a small patch. The water from the one patch I cleaned, looked as if my carpets were never cleaned at all and not only that but where I had cleaned was visibly cleaner by at least 5 times. I attempted to talk to the owners, but all I got was their voice mailbox. I left a message stating that there was an issue I would like to discuss, but did not receive a call back. Not wanting to spend another $250 getting my carpets cleaned again from another company, I cleaned them again myself. |I have a high end carpet and will never trust to that type of cleaning again.

 + 0 moreExcellent service. We have three dogs and our carpets looked brand new when he was finished. One of our dogs had thrown-up on our sofa and although I cleaned it myself with an over-the-counter spray there were still stains; Heaven's Best cleaned it and now that also looks brand new. The cleaning also smelled fresh and clean and took away a slightly musty smell present in the basement.

Description of Work: Gravy was spilled on a dining room chair. I requested that Heaven stop by to examine the damage and take it to their shop if necessary. They cleaned it at our home, did an excellent job and the chair looks good as new. I would use them again without question.

Don and Steve were professional and took the time to do a thorough job. For the time spent and bases covered, the price was not bad at all! I will definitely be using them going forward.

 + -1 moreHeaven's Best was able to come out and provide an estimate the same day I called, arriving during the time window we had agreed upon. They were very professional and courteous taking the time to explain the cleaning process and fee schedule. Provider called the day of the appointment to confirm the time and then arrived approximately 30 minutes later than discussed. This slight inconvenience was more than made up for by the quality of the work. Carpets were heavily soiled in some areas and had pet stains. The process included vacuuming, cleaning, raking and removing the stains/odors. Carpets dried very quickly and looked great! I would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreI have used this company several times over the last few years and they always do an exceptional job in providing great service. They are considerate of my time and always punctual. If for some reason they will be late (only once) they called and explained the situation. They always leave my carpets spotless, and that can sometimes be quite a job as we live with a labrador who has oily hair and lays near us all the time. Mark has even gotten on hands and knees to ensure any questionable areas are as clean as possible. Their service is commendable and the employees are lovely and respectful people. I do have a Hoover carpet cleaner which I use sometimes too, but usually use the professional folks a couple times a year as they do better than I.
Description of Work: Clean large wall to wall carpet and a large imported wool rug from Africa.

 + -1 moreThis was a carpet cleaning service for my mom. Steve arrived right on time and got right to work. We had moved most of the furniture ourselves (though he did not ask us to) in order that he could start immediately. He cleaned the living room first, moved on to the den and bedroom, then finished with the hall. He moved back the larger pieces that we couldn't handle. He was very pleasant. We observed that when he took calls from other prospective customers, he was very pleasant and did his best to fit them in. For their age, the carpets look very nice. We would definitely use Heaven's Best again.

Reviewed the areas to be cleaned and immediately started to work. We have a pet and there were a few stains to be addressed as well as pet hair that he cleaned also. Don's attention to the detail level of cleaning was excellent. He made sure that every area was finished before moving on to the next. We will definitely use their services again. Can't say enough good about the quality service and professional manner of Heaven's Best!

 + -1 moreThe areas that are stained or show regular use, still remain dingy looking. I was hoping for a cleaner look and could have obtained the same results using my Bissell cleaner. There were additional costs for a protectant to be applied after cleaning but I chose not to do this; as I felt this was not necessary as our carpet is cleaned regularly with the Bissell and already the cost was more than I was hoping for. Overall the carpet looked okay and smelled nice but I was somewhat dissappointed. Because I do not have this done often, I was expecting better results.) but I am a bit of a perfectionist.
Description of Work: The carpet was cleaned using a method that is almost dry. The formula used is non toxic and I appreciated this. The furniture was moved (except for some very heavy pieces) and they cleaned the carpet.
