State Farm recommended them for contract work related to hail damage. I should have stopped when I kept having problems, but they handled all the insurance work, and I wanted some things done while the siding was off. Tim is a very nice fellow, and he kept telling me he would make things right, which he sometimes did, but never to a high level of quality. Much, if not all of the work done by Guardian Restoration, for me, has been poor quality. I only hope the roofs, siding and windows don't give me more problems later. Big trenches in the yard from the truck used in roofing. Did nothing about it until i complained. had to re-sod part of the yard. Hundreds of old roofing nails left all around the house, in the yard, on the driveway. Botched siding that is functional but 1/4 to /12 inch spaces between the ends of the siding. Would not fix the siding as it was only "cosmetic." Gave me a discount instead. Repaired a hole in the living room sheet rock. the repair is visibled as a large square in the wall. Dug a whole for an egress window, then discovered that the window could not be placed there. Soaked the carpet in a basement bedroom, as they had no one on the inside vacuuming water used when they cut the concrete foundation for the egress window. Never clean it up. The window would not open on the egress window he did put in, and the window trim does not cover the opening cut in the wall, is not sealed so air comes in from the outside. The trim is at weird angles. It is awful. Said he would fix it and never did. Window does not open properly on the replace bay window. He has said he will fix this. I've wanted to believe Tim and Guardian Restoration would do quality work, and make right on their mistakes, but I no longer believe they are a quality service provider, and I am now actively advising people not to use them for any service.

Guardian did a great job drying out the floors and ensuring that there was no residual water. I did put a B for responsiveness as we did set follow up apointments which were rescheduled last minute. This was due to a huge project, with large revenue implication, which I can understand. But I have to be honest in my review.
