Gallatin Tree Care

The one good thing is they answered the phone the first time I called. They said they would come out the next morning to give me an estimate. They never showed up. I called at the end of the day and left a message. No return phone call. I called them again the next day in the afternoon. They answered and he didn't remember the appointment or anything. Said he would be there in an hour. It took 2 hours. Said they would cut the damaged limps off and then prune away the fungus and trim the canopy to take away some of the heaviness. Said they would do that the next morning. They showed up at 1:00. Then all they did was take the two damaged limbs off and left. So I had to call them and ask about the rest of the pruning. They came out the next day and took a few branches off one of the trees. They didn't even have a ladder so they climbed up the tree. Since this was a small job for them, it really came across they only wanted to do the minimal amount of work and time. I would not recommend them.
