 + -1 moreDiscovered a small leak in drinking water line after it was serviced/repaired for the second time by his assistant. Owner never responded to three phone messages left on his service to repair this leak over a three week time period. Finally had to call another plumber to fix it. Very disappointed with this company, having spent more than $3,500 with him over the past two years renovating home. In the past, the owner himself did all the work in a competent, professional, timely manner. His assistant performed all the work on this job and now I can no longer recommend this firm.
Description of Work: Removed kitchen faucets prior to replacement of granite counter tops, then re-installed them after granite in place. Replaced pipes beneath island sink (didn't really know why since I wasn't having a problem with them). Called him back to fix those replaced pipes which had been put in at such an angle I couldn't close the cabinet door, and to tie up the water line to one of the faucets which had been left hanging down and interfered with items beneath the sink.

Description of Work: Unhooked and re-hooked kitchen plumbing fixtures in anticipation of new granite counters. Did a fine job in a timely manner. The coordination with granite installation personal was superb.
