Terrible, awful. Wondering if they are borderline scam artists. They billed me for more vents than what were supposed to be cleaned, and the couch looked as stained (or more) than before it was cleaned. I called many, many times. They said they'd come and pick up another small area rug to try to compensate, plus would give me a partial refund. I called many times when they didn't pick up the area rug. I submitted a report to Better Business Bureau, I called many more times. In the last call (now over a month ago), they said they'd mail me a full refund (but the guy was a total jerk about it). The check never arrived. I was having dinner with a friend last night who happened to mention that she'd just had her large area rug cleaned, and that it was returned dirtier than when she'd sent it away (there was actual dirt on the bottom, as if it were dried on a parking lot, and the top looked like nothing more than a vacuum --- if that -- had been used). She'd called the company many times and kept hearing nothing back. Finally heard back; they said they'd give her credit for next time (she hasn't rec'd confirmation of that yet, though). Sure enough, the same company. Something is wrong with these guys (this guy, who owns / runs it). Steer clear....
