+ -1 moreI have been greatly disappointed by their service (or lack thereof) and continue to have hard water despite continued visits from their service people. I have paid for their regular servicing of my system and found out that the softener, despite the money I have paid them and times I have reported residue in our water, has not been working and, in fact, has been putting MORE salt and residue into our water. Our water from the well, while hard, is still softer than the "treated" water that comes through their system in our home. I am switching providers.
Description of Work: I have been using Culligan at this home since purchasing the house since it came with a Culligan softener and RO system. I recently placed a service call asking them to check on the system because of continued residue on all our faucets, dishes coming out of the dishwasher, etc. The service tech supposedly repaired the "brain" of the softener without consulting me for approval to proceed and I received a bill for $257 and still have a softener that does not work.
