+ -1 moreIt went fine. They've always worked really well with it so we don't have any problems with it. I don't like the fact that they charge their service charge on top of the fees. They're not that far from where we live. They were the installers of our system when we built our house. I feel comfortable and they know what's in there.
Description of Work: They had to replace a fan that was broken in the air conditioning unit.

+ -1 moreThe workers seemed professional. The main problem that I had was that I have parts under warranty that I was charged for. It took a long time to figure it out. They did recognize the problem after I brought it up and they dealt with it.
Description of Work: They installed an AC. They later came back and fixed some things with the humidifier.
