Overall, I am pleased with the service provided by Christie Electric. The installer was courteous and helpful. He explained what he was doing, was happy to answer my question and address my concerns. The only downside was the delay in getting the work completed. Mountain Sheet Metal installed the heater and the gas hook up. They told me the electrician they hired--Christie Electric--would be in contact to hook up the electrical connection. It was another week before Christie Electric called to set up an appointment and a week after that before the work was done. Two weeks seemed like a long delay for a minor job. However, I do not know how long such things normally take and it was the holiday season.
