Description of Work: Brenda and her crew cleaned our house thoroughly . Brenda was prompt and did a great job cleaning our house . I would definitely use Brenda's cleaning service again !

Description of Work: Brenda was professional when I spoke with her to organize for my daughter's house cleaning just before her wedding. But then on the day, she never showed up nor did she respond to our phone calls or messages! This caused extra stress during a very important time! This is definitely not professional behavior and I would not recommend her services.

+ -1 moreThe two gals were hard working, efficient, and did a great job. Very pleasant. They used eco products that smelled great. Brenda is very organized and doesn't let her workers slack. I'd recommend her to anyone.
Description of Work: Cleaned my entire house upon moving out. We put a top price on it and they even had time to clean inside windows!

Description of Work: I use Brenda Bottcher for housecleaning. She will do both full cleaning and basic cleaning, but I have her clean my whole house.

+ -1 moreShe hasn't worked for me for 2 years because I finally got somebody full-time. I liked everything about Brenda. She is punctual, efficient, and thorough. I like her personality; she is a very nice person. I would rate her very highly. I would use her again in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: I used Brenda Boettcher for house cleaning. I pay her $1000 a month, but I have got a big house too and she did a lot of extras for me. I have used her for about 5 to 6 years.
