Great so far!

My agent, Jen Lower, has taken me to see homes MANY times. She never complained about the number of homes she has shown me and is always cheerful and willing. She also seems to always have me in the back of her mind when new homes came on the market and made sure I knew about any she thought I might be interested in. She always took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and stayed on top of the entire process.

Our amazing real estate agent went to bat for us on numerous occasions and was able to negotiate several tricky and complex arrangements and alignments for a buy/sell on the same day. She referred us to excellent set of contractors for helping us to sell our house. She has helped us to arrange for numerous other contingencies in the process. The professionalism, transparency, service make us proud to recommend her to any other individuals looking for a real estate agent.

There were unforseeable hiccups, as in most real estate transactions, but they handled EVERYTHING without attitude or delay. My husband can be a really 'hard-sell', but Jenifer handled him like a brother... she just listened incredibly well and followed through. She did not force him or go outside his parameters. I remember he saw a house that he exclaimed, "Well, why aren't you going to show me THAT one:" And Jenifer calming said, "Because it is outside your 'comfort zone' price point!" Bottomline is Jenifer is an incredible listener and won't play the normal 'games' in real estate -- she wants people HAPPY and wants them as return customers. We are great friends to this day! Thank you Jenifer and your tireless staff!!
