We were contacted immediately after leaving a message via Angie's List or Home Advisor and given an estimate over the phone for installing a new hot water heater in our crawl space. The final invoice was more but not too far off the mark considering the work that needed to be done, We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this plumbing service to others.

There was a computer glitch which caused them to lose my appointment the day of, but once that passed, they got back and rescheduled with me for the next day. From that point on, everything went as planned. I liked that we were dealing with knowledgeable service folks.

They were prompt arrived on time. I was a little shocked by the price which I wasn't expecting it to be so high. However, I was very impressed by the company and the plumber who arrived so I would highly recommend.

I was surprised by the credit card surcharge, would have appreciated knowing that initially.

Under the current circumstances, there was no attention given to sanitizing or the use of rubber gloves while working in my home! I felt as though I had to go all around my house and wipe down everything that possibly could have been touched! I finally gave the gentleman away for his iPad and his hands as I was really upset that this was something he did not Take into consideration with everything that is going on. If he did not know this protocol on his own I feel his superiors should be practicing it and having their employees Follow the coronavirus protocol! I also felt my bill was much higher than I ever thought it would be! The plumber that was here was not by any means rude or unkind! He just did not understand the importance of sanitizing!

Got 3 estimates. They were lowest by about 450 dollars. Installed water heater the same day they gave us the estimate.
