+ -1 moreWhen I called B and B to ask about pricing and schedule an appointment the lady who answered was a bit curt at first. The man who came out was nice enough but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke which bothered me as I have a toddler and was pregnant myself. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave an accurate estimate for repairs. We scheduled a time for him to come back once parts were ordered. He didn't show up at the scheduled time and when I called to find out what had happened, the same abrupt office manager that I spoke with before gave me the technicians cell number. I thought it odd that she wouldn't just call him herself. Turns out the technician misunderstood the appointment time and would come over layer in the afternoon. I has specifically scheduled the time before my toddlers nap so that the sounds of him working wouldn't wake her. Turns out he came during nap time anyway. It only took him about 15-20 to put in the new part for my dryer and he was on his way. The end cost was exactly as he had quoted.
Description of Work: The moisture detector in my dryer was broken so I couldn't use the automatic drying setting which is more energy efficient than using the time dry. The problem was diagnosed, a part was ordered, then replaced. The deter runs great new.

Description of Work: After looking several places around Bozeman, I bought a new washer/ dryer set from B&B. They do not have a huge selection, but their prices are very reasonable and they gave us great service. They also do all the work on the appliances themselves and keep parts in stock , which is a plus. I definitely recommend them.
