I started this process taking with another vendor. It started out as a two day job. Then, I got the estimate and it had become a four day job with an enormous amount of travel time built into the cost. The price was only an "estimate" and I got the feeling that the price would go up if I hired them. And, they would not warranty the work. I went looking for another vendor and found Accucise. I received prompt service, a guaranteed price less than half of the other guy, the job took three hours, the problem appears to be completely cured, and I have a warranty if there is another problem.
