 + -1 moreI have used a couple of other ones and I think they are one of the longest running businesses in Great Falls and I think they are probably the most professional of all of them. It means a lot when some body has been in business for quite awhile and they do a good job. You can depend on them, where as most of the other companies haven't been here as long and sometimes there is issues with them and stuff. I think they are probably the best in my area here in Great Falls.
Description of Work: I had them put a new spring on the door.

Description of Work: Great work replacing our garage door. John did his quality job in a timely fashion. This was not your standard garage door replacement as the garage is quite old. John made it work and was patient with me during the tutorial!

 + -1 moreIt was awesome. They were totally nice guys and I will get them again than with any garage doors. They have great customer service, they got there quick and took care of it.
Description of Work: I used Garage Overhead Doors. He came and re-sprung my table and he put two hinges on and moved everything up.

 + -1 moreWhen they came out they said they didn't have the right springs in stock. They closed the door for us (we were concerned about grizzly bears getting in) and said they'd be back. Weeks later they showed up with the springs. They didn't call for an appointment, just showed up in the driveway. They did an excellent job of fixing the door. It works great. They told us we'd get a bill. We finally got a bill in February. While I was very pleased with the job they did, I was less than pleased that they took so long to get the right springs. They didn't call to make an appointment to come back, just showed up in the driveway, and then took forever to bill us. I think they are excellent door repairers, just not good with the other parts of business.

 + -1 moreThey know what they are doing. The only delay that I encountered was them trying to track down an old motor to replace the one that went out in order to save me from having to carry 2 different remote controls.
Description of Work: Replaced motor for garage overhead door. Synchronize remote opener in vehicles to new code. Reset exterior remote opener for garage door.

 + -1 morePlease see above, I jumped the gun. Sorry,I'm new at this and at using this computer. Jacqueline.
Description of Work: My husband(I'm using his internet service), in a great hurry to get to work, borrowed my car and forgot to open the garage door on his way out. The damage wasn't that bad, but I could no longer use the automatic door opener. The weather was beastly and I needed to go to an appointment. I called Black Eagle Overhead doors and was called back right away. The service man was extremely helpful,understood that I only needed a temporary repair and using ingenuity fixed the door so that I could open and close it with my remote. He was prompt ,efficient, very kind to this 71 year old lady and I hope to have them replace the door when weather allows.
