Took entirely too long considering owner had her own orifice kit-over this to attach a hose.

Major pipe leak Friday evening prior to 4th of July weekend. Very helpful and courteous plumber. Our hero!! Super clean plumbers.

It went GREAT!!! We love this company! Their plumber is excellent. Professional, hard working and cleans up after himself - not even a crumb or flake of dust left behind. Exceptionally punctual and responsive. I will NEVER call another company to do any work that this company is capable of managing. Kolby is our hero, and John has been great as well. Jennifer, in the office, took care of all the paper work and even helped me finance the service with a zero interest payment plan! Highest recommendations for this company. I am planning to remodel my upstairs bathroom, and they will be my first call, as soon as I'm ready.

The plumber had a mix up in their office as to what time our appointment was, called as soon as they realized the problem and rescheduled for 1/2 hour later. They gave us $150 credit on our bill for being 30 minutes late, and took care of the blockage and made sure there were no other problems with the lines, all during a very busy time for all plumbers in Montana. We had called several other plumbers trying to find someone available the Friday before, and most were booked until Tues. or Wed.; Ben Franklin offered the earliest appointment we could find. We were very impressed!!

At 10pm on a Saturday night our sewer line backed up spreading water and other yucky stuff from the line all over our basement. I called Benjamin Franklin since they advertise 24 hour service and got a voicemail. I left a message but never received a call back. I kept calling for the next hour with no answer and no response. Do not call these guys if you need actual plumbing work done, especially in an emergency.

I called this company due to a lack off hot water. While they came that day, they tried to fix the problem and told me I needed to have a valve replaced. On the second visit, they charged me more for a valve which also did not fix the problem, so two weeks and very little hot water. On the third visit, they said we needed to spend more money and install a back up tank but they didn't have the parts. Still no hot water. On visits 5 and 6, they didn't know why there was no hot water. I told them not to return and hired another plumbing company. In 1/2 hour visit and one small plastic part (very cheap) I had LOTS of hot water. The company claimed they did every thing possible to fix things when I demanded a refund. Maybe they need to hire trained plumbers who know their craft? After 4-5 weeks of no showers or laundry I got hot water from another company in one day. Was only partially refunded money spent.
